April 11, 20251 yr Hi Everyone I wanted to let you all know that I have setup an online E-Bike parts store, based in the UK, with UK stock, selling various interesting E-Bike products. Check out the website ---> Rebellion.Bike I have got the likes of the following products in stock: UK road legal kits, that still pack a decent punch, based on Bafang components Bafang G0900 / H640 750W motor Bafang H700 250W 2 Speed Auto Switching Geared hub motor Bafang 28A programmable controllers Bafang 15/22A Hailong frame mount integrated controllers Hydraulic disk brake kits with integrated E-Brake sensors DIY Higo/Julet connectors etcetc I will be increasing the range as time goes on. If you have any queries drop me a line on here or via the website contact page. The operation is a 1-man-band , but I have a lot of passion and a lot of drive to move things forwards. I know users of this forum have that too Cheers! Tom
April 11, 20251 yr Problem is off road kits are pretty much illegal everywhere in the UK , there isn't much of the UK where one can ride that doesn't have public access.
April 13, 20251 yr Author Could you stock rings for the BBS02, alternatives to Lekkie. Thanks Hi. What would be a good size teeth count?
April 13, 20251 yr Author The photo shows what another shop is selling, I use 36 teeth for my BBS02. I believe that is what is on an old BBSHD project in storage. I will dig around to see which alternatives are available.
April 22, 20251 yr Author Could you stock rings for the BBS02, alternatives to Lekkie. Thanks Hi. I have spoken with my supplier and I will be stocking alloy alternatives to the lekkie ring. 36T and 38T options for BBS01/BBS02. 32T and 34T options for BBSHD.
May 17, 2025May 17 I have a 28 inch wheel, on the website the nearest wheel size you have is 29 inch. The specs didn't mention the drop out size. Mine being 13.5 cm. Looking at my bike 29 inch would be a very tight fit.
May 17, 2025May 17 https://www.youtube.com/@RebellionBike/videos That's a very complicated way to test the hall sensors. It was fine for him because he needed to dismantle the motor to replace the damaged cable, but for a normal test, you don't even have to take the wheel out of the frame because you can test through the motor cable. Don't forget that a normal geared motor has a clutch, so you have to turn the wheel backwards to see the switching. One thing that he said/showed that isn't right. He said that the hall is good if it goes up by a few milivolts, but showed around 1.6v, then showed the next one switching to about 2v. Both those halls are not OK. They should switch to the full 5v, assuming that his 5v power supply maintained its level. It's possible that his power supply was insufficient, so the voltage dropped when the hall switched. He could have confirmed that by measuring the input voltage while it was switched.
