Can I use this adapter to mount 2 chainrings on BBSO1?

Hello so Iv bought this chainring adapter that allows me to mount a normal chainring with a 104 bcd.

Can I use this to attach two chainrings one inner, one outer or do I need to go for narrowwide?

I couldn’t find a way of mounting even a single chainring to one of these adaptors, let alone 2.

Bit the fiscal bullet and went with a 52t bling ring in the end, never looked back

You might be able to but I wouldn't, mine is specially CNC cut to accept and hold the two rings which have different inner diameters. It is also aluminum and weighs about 30 grams. To finish it cost about the same price.
