Mid drive 250w speed when reprogrammed

Hey so saw this kit, what speed would I expect from it?

I will be getting a new bike, does anyone know of frame material matters or can I go for a carbon road bike? Iv busted ally forks with hub motors before wonder if these mid drives have simular problems.

There's some problems you might encounter with carbon fibre frames. Many have non-standard bottom brackets, so you need to make/buy adaptors to fit. Some are too thick to let the motor in, and lastly, you can't clamp the anti-rotation plate to carbon fibre or the adaptors, so you have to fabricate a different anti-rotation method, Some carbon fibre frames have moulded in aluminium bottom brackets, which should be OK.
