Having looked at the Woosh installation instructions for a kit with a Hailong battery tray, it's clear I'd need a 9-pin motor extension cable to connect the short motor lead to the not long battery tray lead. There are plenty on Amazon of different lengths.
I also see that Icletta sell and ship the T-cycle battery tray to UK customers without the VAT charge which you pay to the courier instead. Not sure if I'd need the tray. I thought I'd could use some Topeak bottle cage clamps but a flat tray would be more solid.
Which motor? I previously had an XF08C kit but didn't like splaying the chainstays for the 140mm OLD. So would probably plump for an SWX02 which I'm hoping has an OLD of 135mm. The motor is available in 36v and 48v form for the same price. So why would I go with the 36V one rather than the more torquey 48V one?
