Throttle help

Hi guys need you help I've been out on my bike today but something not right. If I use 1 to 5 pedel assist the power is nice and smooth but if I try to pull away on throttle 3 I will get a jerking or grinding noise from the back wheel but starting from 1 st to 5 its fine I've been running the same setup just over 1 year with out the problem

Check the motor wiring/ motor connector and that it is fully pushed together, the only other thing I can think of is a hall issue.
Do you have any power /cut out issues ?

I've checked the wiring over and over again no power loss or cut out etc like I say start on 1 then to 5 on throttle its OK but start on number 3 it's like the sound of a gear slipping or much weight on the back to start off on number 3

Just a quick update I've tyred to reconnected the wire's but no joy still fine on pedal assist but still making a grinding noise on throttle. Would it be the throttle it's self. I was thinking of buying a new controller but what is the difference in 26amp and 35amp but both still 1000w
