I have bikes with both Bafang BS01B and Tongsheng motors.
Now I have a problem with my second Tongsheng bike.
The motor on this bike is a TSDZ2 36V 350 W with VLCD5 LCD controller.
It's the vesion with foot brake function.
My problem is that it's working for a short period (5-10 minutes) and then
the motor stops working. I could see that the speedmeter goes up to 99
when the motor stops working. And then suddenly it could start working again and speedmeter shows correct speed.
I have check the wheel sensor and it's seems to be OK.
Have also checked cable connectors and it's seems OK.
Battery worked OK earlier with Bafang motor.
Have no throttle connected to it.
Any suggestions what could be wrong?
Should also say that the motor is brand new.
