I did 160 miles in my garage last Winter and so far this Winter I'm just over 100 miles.

Get 2 GPSs and 2 cycle computers and see if the 2 cycle computers read the same. The GPS works out where you are in the universe then where you are 2 seconds later then computes how far you've travelled and how long you took.

Which part?

The GPS will be more accurate than a cycle computer. You may find the bike will go faster when the weather warms up. My bike will sit at 15 mph in the summer and slows down at this time of year.

What extra mouth is there in the chain compared to all other countries? Don't they also have distributors and dealers offering support & service?

Does Haibike supply their distributors in the other countries cheaper than the one they will have in UK? There should only be a slight variation in prices in the different countries. One thing you should mention when at your meeting is, tell them we're a cynical & miserable lot on here...

Kudos have 3 folders, 2 of which are at a reduced price just now.

If the bike used to get to 15.5 mph and you've not changed anything, it may just be the cold weather making it slightly slower. Mine goes slower in the cold.

I know what you mean, all this sunshine up in Scotland is really getting me down ;)
