This got me thinking, are you sure that you would feel a difference with such a weight reduction at the centre of the wheel? I would’ve thought that the weight difference would be noticeable on rebound and droop in the potholes, you would feel it up and down curbs et cetera but once the wheel...

Whilst I am old, a bit fat and ride a bulky bike I can “just” hit 40mph on the flat and my motor has stopped helping me a long time before I get there...... And I would say nope you can’t ride it. I’ve never yet met a difficult bobby and have confidence in my ability to satisfy the request...

That is not true, or at least only partly true. A soldier in the UK armed forces who is under the age of 18 will not be exposed to hostilities and therefore will not make any life or death decisions about anyone (apart I suppose potentially for him or herself)

Yep, I should’ve mentioned that in my earlier post, I’ve always put slime in normal tubes. I reckon the front tube in my current mtb is at least 8 years old.

I had to return a battery to Amazon (camera batt) as it was faulty. Even Amazon couldn't find a courier that would pick up a defective battery. They gave in and just refunded me, instructed me to either keep it or take it to a recycle centre.

I agree, I would also be very concerned about that, its worded around simplifying the registration process, not removing it!
