    Tried Clean Ride last year and found it performed as advertised, very quiet and smooth drive train. Particularly like the way the wax would flake of leaving the chain surprisingly clean.     BBS01 cutting out when changing assist level

    Yes I agree the battery supply must be constant, just don't understand why it only happens when assist is reduced from 3 to 2. No other changes of assist will induce the fault, nor will it reoccur during the same ride. I will recheck connections and cables for damage. Many thanks
