Hi Brad, the new TPP upgrades do not have the old cadence only setting. All levels on bikes with the TPP have both cadence and torque settings working at all times. If you need to override the torque sensor you can now achieve this by twisting the throttle. All the best, David

Seriously the brakes we use are are fantastic we simply buy them branded Wisper, they are much better than the old Tektro models, fewer problems, no leaks and work just as well if not better. We did get a batch of contaminated pads a while ago and were sent replacements by air immediately...

Even though the battery is nearly 4 years old, if it’s not been left uncharged it should be OK. It’s certainly worth sending it to us to check. If it is the BMS it would cost a few pounds to put right. The only real risk is the £30 collection charge. All the best, David

If the voltage is still 41.8 the battery cells probably OK. If you arrange to get it to us we will probably be able to sort it out for you for a lot less than a new battery. All the best, David
