    hmm.. For chain tensioner I have to increase the nut hole size? Can I do that with a normal drill bit? And maybe for the anti rotation fixing, if I glue some anti rotation washer on the forkend, would that work? Maybe I first get the chain tensioner and see what needs to be adapted.

    Thanks John, that's really kind of you. And no worries, filling the cross piece doesn't seem to be complicated at all :) For now, my biggest challenge is to manage to fit the tyre into the rim. Punctured 2 tubes and already indented my rim trying to do that this afternoon lol.
