Jerry, so you mean the kojack tyre would have the same problem with the CR18s rim? The only way would be to get a brompton 36 holes rim? but they are not available anymore?

Jerry, I'm actually having a VERY HARD time trying to fit my tyre to the CR-18 rim. I punctured 2 tubes and have strong marks on the rim when I tried to fit the tyre. As I'm talking now, the tyre is punctured and still not working.. I've seen you had the CR-18 rim before, is it working better...

I know Neptune, but as I've never "grinded" anything before, I prefer to get advice from you rather than seller on a shop. If you can recommend the grinder you think is appropriate I'll certainly get it. I think it would be my best bet as I don't really trust shop seller. ps: Wait I'm trying...

Jerry, I'm considering the Kojak tyre but I'm not sure if I'd have enough clearance once purchased. So it's quite a bet. I was thinking about option 1 with a hacksaw (I don't have an angle grinder): I was thinking about removing the area I dotted in red. Would that be ok? I suppose I'll have to cover it with something after cutting that part?

My rear tyre is rubbing against the rear fork: Shall I get a hacksaw and remove a bit of the fork? Is it ok to do that?

    Another Minimalist EMoulton Build

The moulton doesn't seem to fold very wheel in your desk. No bikes compare to brompton for folding size... such a shame ;) Your torque arm (on the Moulton) seems quite clean. Is it a bespoke one?

Actually the chain fits. I just had a double knob lol... and knobbed myself. Now the chain is a bit loose. Need to put the chain tensioner or make the chain shorter :)

Actually, it seems that by tightening the bolt, the forkend realign by itself :) Have to test the controller now :)

Thanks Jerry :) Going to re-align the forkend first. A simple plier should be enough isn't it? going to do it now.

yes, this is the problem: So to solve the problem I have to add the chain tensioner back? Not sure if the chain is long enough now lol

    Brompton electrification

No, it's not that. It can be fitted to the chainset because of the node I can't unlace. Can't even pedal with the actual chain. Not sure if I have to change the chain or something to remove the node.
