I wasn't sharp enough to expand the image to see that. :)

Why is the motor drive, discs, and rear derailleur shown on the left hand side?

    Water Ingress???

Which is something that has long puzzled me about Bosch. Why implement a battery mounting system that becomes a water containment area. The control display on the BH gave me a few issues, but this was easily cured with Vaseline and regular checking. On advise from the dealer, I originally...

    Changes Afoot

Sounds like sensible business planning to me. Particularly if anything ever goes tits up, and I truly hope that it doesn't for either company. :)

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

One day later and it's back to 'Mud Not Dust' This trip over the bars when the bike stopped dead again, has jarred my neck! :( Just glad to have been wearing superb Shimano Gore-Tex mtb boots/shoes.

Which tricks are possible on mid drives?

Bunny hops on my KTM Macina Lycan full suspension bike has certainly taken some practice to perfect, but is now relatively easily achieved at higher speeds. At low speed, I just tend to lift the front to get over an obstacle, then try to just unload the read end. With no rear suspension, you...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

Dust not mud! :) Amongst other places on todays mostly off road 30 mile ride, we took in Friston forest. Boy was that hard and tiring work on an e-mtb. I thought that I was reasonably fit until today. It was good fun though, although I did bottle it on two bomb hole sections, and skirted around...

    BH Emotion City Plus

It would appear that their poor attitude knows no bounds. http://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/threads/discounts-on-bikes-at-the-cycle-show.20067/#post-250942 .

Hello: KTM owner in the US

Welcome. :) The performance line motor undeniably gives stronger hill climbing ability over that of the Gen 2 Active Line, but it does come at the cost of battery life. I have both versions, and the Active Line seems to go on forever when compared like for like.

Rose bikes used to sell them but have no idea if they still do.

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

A bit of a late minute decision this one. I wasn't going to bother riding some of the Wiggle rides this year, but went along today with a mate, and rode the 32 mile Wiggle Ups And Downs. Despite the heavy rain first off, I was glad that did. I had intended to ride it on the pedal MTB, but my...

    Bike Shop Design

Trying to focus on positive suggestions than negative. Clinically clean inside and just as importantly outside, including washing down pavements. Un cluttered window displays. Keep it simple, and other than the border, no stickers on the glass. As much lighting as possible, preferably...

    Hard to fit tyres.

I'll try and find out for you. I also want to see how it copes with my WTB Vigilantes. They are complete lever snappers, and it has been known to take three of us to remove just one tyre! Alvar is a good lad, and owns this place. http://www.ibikeride.com/trail-media/videos/m:My337/ It's come...

    The Americans are coming

I really rate their quads, but in this case I'd rather walk.

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

I'll have to take a proper look through the spec etc later, but the Q1 would probably suit my riding better, but I prefer the looks of the E1. I'd imagine that neither would disappoint, but reckon that you opted for the right one. :) One things for sure, with the choice of gearing on offer...

Repaired and back within a week. :) The motor is also a lot quieter than it ever was from new as well. I look forward reading about the Rotwild when it arrives, I'd be particularly interested to know how it gets on when you wash it, and how dry things like the battery connections etc stay...

Sorry to hear this Croxton. Disappointment is never a nice feeling. :( If I may ask, what transmission problems.? .
