Sorry phill, I hadn't spotted that you had your bike listed at the bottom of your posts. I can see that it doesn't now. I was going to suggest the slippage could have been the rear hub, had you had a DD3 fitted.

From reading the review, it appears that KTM have addressed the concerns over the front forks, as the bike now looks to be fitted with the consistently reliable Rockshox XC32. The change of fork spec and the new Panasonic Akku 47v/12Ah = 562Wh battery pack, should make for a good, fun to ride...
