On the 3rd day of Christmas The London Electric Bike Co ....

Are you sure that you aren't just looking at it left and right handed. The blue line follows that of the frame, and the charging point of the battery is at the base of it. I do love the look of this bike, and I'd have bought it if hadn't been the wrong side of 2k.

On the 3rd day of Christmas The London Electric Bike Co ....

According to Cycle Revival the recommended retail price is £2,299.00 not £2,485.00 Graham Weigh sell the NEO Race for £1,999.00 and Cycle Revival are only just behind that. After having ridden one, quick review here https://www.facebook.com/mud.plugger I'm now considering buying one, but I'm...

its too cold, or i am too feeble

The above mitts arrived safely and whilst they won't be any good for the bike, they were still worth every penny. On the theme of mitts for using whilst riding the bike, I have corrected my first mistake and have bought a pair of these for £4.99 inc P&P. Swiss Army Winter Mitts Ski Gloves With...

    Spoke resonance

It's all a bit odd as the noise is quite a high pitched ching, as in the kind of noise that you would expect to be made if you wee lightly touching a stick onto the spokes of a spinning wheel. At this speed I'm traveling down hill, with no pedalling. It's very odd that it does it at exactly...

    Spoke resonance

Provided that the spokes in a wheel are correctly tensioned, is it common to have a chinging (is that a word) resonance noise when traveling at speed. The rear wheel on my NEO Xtrem seems suffer with this when the speed hits exactly 45kph and above. In the daytime I hear it and just find it an...

    Lubricating chain and gear sprockets

I was talking about this very subject to a cousin of mine recently. I thought that I was anal about keeping my chain mud free, clean and lubed, but he removes his chain every couple of weeks and puts it in an ultra sonic cleaner!

Show me a stylish alternative to the BH NEO Race.

I also wondered about drop bars. One other change that I'd like to see on whole NEO range is bottle cage mounts. As for the NEO Race, here are some of thoughts about it. It's very different to ride compared to the NEO Xtrem. I'd expected the bike to feel roughly the same as Xtrem did when I...

Show me a stylish alternative to the BH NEO Race.

After recently having a ride of a BH Neo Race, and loving every second of it, show me a stylish alternative to it. Two main points. It must have rigid front forks, as I hate suspension forks on a road biased bike, and I'd also like to see 700C wheels. The NEO Race.

I hope so. :) I'll contact them just to make sure though.

    SPAM Winter Challenge

It's a bit too far away for me as well at approx. 125miles, but someone else has said that they will come along for the ride, so I don't mind quite so much now. :) It'll be nice to get the NEO Xtrem on something a bit different from the regular bridleways. I might have to work a bit hard over...

    SPAM Winter Challenge

Sorry I hadn't realised that I put the thread in the wrong section. I've signed my self on to the 50km SPAM Winter challenge MTB ride, and was wondering if anyone else fancied doing it. How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

I used a bit of plastic that a cousin gets from the factory that he works in. They heat it and mould it into packaging. I didn't need to heat it up, as it is pretty flexible anyway.

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

I've had yet another play in relation to making a rear mudguard that has both good clearance and length.

    the bizzareness of plod

I happened to spot a WPC on an pedelec today. The reason that I spotted her was because I was driving my Movano van slowly past a row of approx 20 parked cars on a long sweeping bend. I had three more cars to get past, but she decided to push her way towards me. Talk about an ignorant thing to...

Haibike Trekking eBikes finally come to the UK for 2014!..

I like the way that they have kept the battery and motor a different colour. It kind of helps to draw your eye away from it being a pedelec, and keeps the outline clean and tidy. :)

its too cold, or i am too feeble

I have just bought a pair of these ex German army mitts to wear on the bike, but have realised that I need fingers to change gear! :D They are still worth every penny of the £5.99 plus postage that I paid though. The price now also appears to have gone up. German Army Extreme Cold Weather...

That's interesting in respect of flashing lights. I'd wrongly assumed that they were illegal.

    Front light

I use a Fenix BT20 which is absolutely superb, but it comes to lights that don't break the bank balance,I saw these recommended a few days ago. http://www.amazon.co.uk/SecurityIng%C2%AE-3800Lm-Headlight-Headlamp-Bicycle/dp/B009QX8B2Q/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1385590031&sr=8-5&keywords=cree+xml+t6
