    Bike Forks?

Thanks for the link Dave, sadly the tube length was 90mm too short, but it gives me a good starting point of what to look at. The tube appears to be approx 290mm long x 28.5mm. There are also two spacers, so I could always go shorter if it really came to it, but not by much.

    Bike Forks?

Which model of Rockshox did you recommend earlier? And guess what, the newly supplied forks are wrong!! BH and Greyville* are both as crap as each other! I really wonder how these jokers stay in business. If I ran my business in the way that some of the cycle industry appears to, I'd...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

I'm guessing that in reality there can't be many that would belt up there at that kind of rate. I assume that it was just done for some kind of promotional purpose. You also forgot about stopping to look at the superb views. In my case that would have been every few feet or so:)

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

This might explain it, as taken from Martins website. edit... Ignore the above, I was being stupid and not thinking that you were actually referring to the APP .

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

You seem to love trying to see me spend money! :D Here is another video of the Conway. It isn't as noisy as it sounds in this clip. Part 1. http://youtu.be/FiYsoiLCB4M

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

It was being shown a Bomber that first drew my attention to E-bikes. A lad around here has one to commute on, but I haven't ever been in a position to be able to stop him and have a look. Whilst I really love them, they do have some issues in relation to frame/swingarm cracks. A lad...

    BH Emotion serious problems

The approach by BH is certainly a very long winded one, and the system isn't made any easier with the UK element having to deal with Spain. There are just too many people in the loop. I can certainly see that by just letting a dealer get on with handling any warranty issue, then things should be...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

It hurt to pay the same price as cheap boots, but I bought myself a pair of Sealskinz socks today. Sealskinz Thin Ankle Length Waterproof Socks for protection, warmth, comfort, moisture wicking. Buy from outdoorgb.com They seem to keep getting recommended on various forums, so I figured that I...

    BH Emotion serious problems

That doesn't appear to be true for BH. I have 'somehow' obtained a 'dealer book' and it clearly states that the dealer contacts BH and that the BH after sales department will evaluate the problem and that once evaluation has been carried out, the aftersales department will then issue an RMA...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

Nice one again Jamie. It's really good motivation having someone else who is willing to go out there and get wet and muddy! It's comforting to know that I'm not the only fool! :D Looking at your jeans, the best investment that I have made recently after trying on many different brands, are...

    Hit the 1000km mark today

That is one of the annoying aspects of the BH, you can't change the computer from KM to miles. :) On the plus side I get to have another beer in 609km time.:D 1000miles since June. That seems like good going to me. :) The last few weeks really have been crap weather wise, and I had been...

    Hit the 1000km mark today

The morning was rubbish, and for the second day in a row, water has been getting into the house. :( The trouble is to sort it out I need a ladder that is approx 18m high, and no way am I going to do that. Anyway, the ride this afternoon was fine but wet. As this photo from Pooh bridge shows...

    Hit the 1000km mark today

As posted here http://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/uk-off-road-s-pedelecs-overseas/15780-how-many-people-using-there-e-bike-off-road-10.html#post201675 I hit the 1000km on the BH today. I realise that to many that distance may not seem that great, but to me it's an achievement. Up until July of...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

They are brilliant. Several times whilst trying to traverse out of ruts I was expecting with great anticipation to end up on my backside, but nothing. The tyres just bite in and the bike remained completely stable and more importantly safe. Wet descents were also so much faster. I hadn't...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

I have no idea how to take a screen shot, and have never really thought about posting up the info from Strava, but here it is. This 13.6 degree section of Ashdown Forest was a real pig. Very muddy and very wet, and annoyingly I had to watch for dog walkers, which made the accent even worse...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

Today has been a minor land mark for me. The bike hit the 1000km mark. I'm pretty pleased with this given that I've only actually had use of the bike for four months, and most of the riding is off road and as and when I can grab the time. The following photos were taken at the 1000km mark...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

Brilliant Jamie, trust me it gets more and more addictive. The ride also looks nice and free of other people:) It has been raining almost horizontally all morning here, but I've just fitted the new tyres and will be out this afternoon, rain or shine. :) I also used araldite to repair the crap...

    BH Emotion serious problems

You have stated pretty much word for word what was relayed to me by BH. It's just a shame that they didn't seem aware of greyville. Thanks for taking the time to provide the link. :)

    BH Emotion serious problems

Now that's interesting as BH UK stated in writing that Suntour don't have UK representation. It has taken BH UK this long to find a set, and even then they are in black, not white. I currently can't access emails, but apparently the Xtrem has an odd stem size, which again was something that was...

    BH Emotion serious problems

I get the same crunching sound from my now four/five month old front forks! The new ones should be fitted sometime after Xmas, but good luck to anyone else that ever needs a set replaced! I doubt that you would get them. .
