    seat height.

Too trip to local bike shop yesterday, got chatting to a group of cyclists outside, who were giving my Woosh the once over, main comments I had were about the seat height I had it set at. They say I have it to low, and it not good for my knees. I have it set so on stopping I can comfortably sit...

What part of the handlebar diameter do you measure if your replacing them, is it the larger diameter area by the stem or the narrower section near brake leavers / grips etc

    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

I'll I' ll give it a go when the weather improves, it;s fairly quick off the mark just using the throttle, i find the throttle a great help in pulling away at junctions etc, i just wish i had looked at Woosh bikes 12 months ago instead of buying that Kudos City, anyway that's over with now and...

    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

Avid BB5's sets arrived this morning, took me about 45 mins to fit the front and rear along with new discs, fairly easy job, ok I could maybe have done it quicker, but took my time, double checking etc. Out for short test ride this afternoon...Wow what a difference to the previous Zooom brakes...

So is there a maintenance routine to avoid this ?. Slightly off the subject, I do remember a couple of motorcycles I owned, brake calipers seized solid, on bikes only a few years old, mind you this was 30 + years back.

    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

In what way, most of the reviews are good for both 5's & 7's. They must be better than the awful Zoom discs I have now. I want to keep it mechanical, that way I keep the same levers and sensors. Yes Hydraulic are probably better, I think the mecanicals better for me, and easier to fit to front...

    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

Thanks for all the advice, after much thought I think im going to stick with mechanical brakes, and buy either a pair of Avid BB5 or BB7 calipers from ebay, may get new discs if needed. I should the be able to keep the original Woosh levers with sensor cables. More than likely a Ebay purchase...

    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

I have been looking at quite a lot of you Tube clips on fitting Hydraulic brakes tonight, don't get me wrong i do appreciate all the advice but it looks a bit fiddly to me and i would have to get the bleeding stuff as well. I know the Zoom brakes are very poor, and wonder if a pair of Avid...

    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

This looks a good option , not as expensive as I thought, and maybe within my capabilities. How would I go on with the sensor cables to the brake leavers, I would imagine I would still need to have the motor cut on braking.

    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

Is there anyway i can improve the Zoom disc brakes on my recently purchased CD Sport, especially the front brake, i have adjusted them as in the Woosh instructions, but there still not to good, i'm not expecting Hydraulic performance, and understand there only very basic disc brakes, the old...

He wont be buying it, just looking, oh and if the Juicy Sport hadn't been stolen I would still have it making it two. That reminds me to get the new bike insured, and get a good bike lock.
