I have the Cube C-62 500 29er hybrid SL 2017 and it is spot on,light and fast.

I had two batteries of this type in 2011 and 2012 and had the same problems,the only cure was a new one taken care of with warranty.Not sure if they are still available.

If you are looking for range the Bosch 500 battery is poor unless you run it on eco assist or at the most tour.Riese and Muller have a bike in their range that has two Bosch 500 batteries in the frame but it has a very high price tag.

Yes i agree almost impossible but the limit of 50km-h with a normal one is easily reached,that is why i had the 3x software.

Badass dongle still the easiest as it just clips on and off the speedo pickup and for Bosch you can have the 3x version that allows speeds up to 75km-h.

The Bosch 500wh batteries are around £700 to buy separately.

The gearing on the Bosch motor can be increased so that it will do over 30mph with a deristrictor fitted but it will eat the battery.
