    Yosepower hub kits.

Setting custom parameter C4 to '3' should solve your issue.

    Anybody got any ideas please?

Before doing anything, you should reset the LCD display to factory default by setting custom parameter C10 to 'Y'. Then, confirm that the motor hall connector is fully seated and that the individual terminals are properly mated and have not backed out of the connector housing. Next, carry out...

    KT-LCD2, KT-LCD3, KT-LCD6, KT-LCD8, KT-LCD10 replacement button assembly mounting bracket

Yes, it's something I have considered, but decided it would be too time intensive due to the wide variation of component and frame dimensions and therefore prohibitively expensive. Anything involving one-off fabrication is not of interest to me as a commercial operation. There are already 100's...

    KT-LCD2, KT-LCD3, KT-LCD6, KT-LCD8, KT-LCD10 replacement button assembly mounting bracket

Good suggestion, thanks. There should be room for a small fillet there if I leave a cutout for the screw head.

Yep. You'll have to remove the remaining portion of the bracket to make room for the replacement though. Just PM'd you.

    KT-LCD2, KT-LCD3, KT-LCD6, KT-LCD8, KT-LCD10 replacement button assembly mounting bracket

Sorry Andy, It would be absolutely pointless. This part relies on the structure of the existing button assembly and is perfectly aligned with the existing captive nut and screw, which it uses to create the required tension in order to hold it all together. You'd be better off epoxying a jubilee...

    KT-LCD2, KT-LCD3, KT-LCD6, KT-LCD8, KT-LCD10 replacement button assembly mounting bracket

The button assembly itself holds the nut captive, so one is not required on this part. The part pictured in the above photos is printed with PLA, which has proved sufficient for all clamps I have printed previously. The only time I ever use PETG is when a higher glass temperature is required...

    KT-LCD2, KT-LCD3, KT-LCD6, KT-LCD8, KT-LCD10 replacement button assembly mounting bracket

Sure, here's a couple of photos of the mount: I don't have a photo of the mount attached to the button assembly, since I do not currently have a broken one to hand. The fitting profile has been tested and mates well with the button assembly. This mount has been designed specifically for the...

Hi All Do you own a KT-LCD2, KT-LCD3, KT-LCD6, KT-LCD8 or KT-LCD10 display with a broken button assembly mounting bracket? I have a small number of replacement mounts to give away, all costs covered (UK only). The repair doesn't involve any glue or adhesive and is secured using the existing...

    Ebike keeps cutting off have

Speaking from experience, you'd be better off accepting the return and refunding once you have confirmed the goods have been returned in the same condition they were sent. If you refuse, in certain circumstances ebay will likely make you issue a refund and will allow the buyer to keep the goods...

Ticking/Clicking noise from back wheel ?

Sounds like the old clicking spokes issue. Try adding a drop of oil to each point the spokes cross each other. Be careful not to get any on the braking surface (disc or rim).
