No wire missing. Another Throttle with only 5 pins. I think I may have buckled my front wheel and done something to the brakes on the back wheel difficult to turn freehand.

Strange i found a wire(I collect Rubbish) same connection, same wire colouring. When I switch on I Get a full Screen the blinking, displaying "info"

Tried various combinations, no luck. In one Display blinks, in another Display is OK but no battery. Not sure if the Throttle is working as no response from the red button. I have another different Throttle with 5 wires, is there any point in opening this ?

I banged the Throttle and the bike jumped forward., then it wouldn't go anywhere. That is male 3 pin

Think I damaged my 36v Thumb Throttle. Looked on line but Uk stock £20,- + £10.- postage. From China £9.- but delivery August. Not even sure it is the throttle so don't want to waste £30.- Any ideas?

I've just had a first look at it for her and BOTH wheels will not go backwards and when I cycle it it seems something is rubbing on both wheels so speed is very slow. Pedals work Ok backwards & forwards.

Wife's 5 year old Freego Regency drives Ok but when she tries to put it in the shed the back wheel locks and cannot be pushed backwards. Any ideas?

It;s Ok, have changed it. Went to Halfords as I couldn't get the Front Brakes just right. They informed me that none of the Ebikes they sell have Throttles. I just can't see how to do a Hill start with these bikes.
