I dont know if this is relevant or not but I fitted a front akm100 201rpm lately and it behaved weirdly until I changed the P1 setting which was 88 to 200.

The forks are compressing a little and I presume this would be normal and give some movement. Can the forks me made stiffer or locked out (for comparison to see would this make any difference).

Looking at your hub in the spoke calculator you posted above, you have a large dish/offset of 9mm and a spoke tension ratio of 32:68. I would use the lighter 14 gauge rather than the heavier 12 or 13 gauge as there wont be enough tension on the disc side to properly tighten the heavier spokes...

It would be great if both bikes had similar type batteries that are interchangable. This would be great for long runs or allow you to instantly choose either bike when only one battery is charged etc.
