Two new Woosh bikes are on the way

There you go, confusing me again ;) Thing I take from that is that item costs more than the £7 item that was on my stealth, so thats a positive

    lots of hate out there

Once Ive sorted a bike that will last me more than 6 months, I'll sort an avatar out ;)

    lots of hate out there

I prepare myself in advance of flying past a lycra clad skinny thing panting for breath ----------by removing my e-cigarette from my pocket so I can take a nice long drag before gliding past with 3 tonne of gear on my back :)

Two new Woosh bikes are on the way

Simpler I think..... I would imagine that the way the Oxygen is setup, different settings would overlap.....Eco and assist level 6 would be the same as Turbo, level 1 perhaps.....complicates the issue? Just like to have it at the right level to get me where Im going without dripping with sweat...

Two new Woosh bikes are on the way

Youve confused me even more on the motor now ;) The oxygen has the CST kit apparently...yours has the SWX02...for the ignorant amongst us, well me anyway...does it basically provide the same thing but different because of the different number of gears on each bike then? The Oxygen has 27...

Two new Woosh bikes are on the way

Will you have any more pics going up on the website of the Rio? Does the LCD show any more info than just speed and a battery indicator? Looking at the Oxygen MTB, it shows voltage and current levels which would I think will give a better indication of battery life? Whats the difference between...

    Bank Holiday maintenance.

maybe I should have tried this sooner to stop my bike falling apart ;)

Going electric, too lazy to pedal

Reminds me of my first e-bike experience...the coyote connect folding bike. I so wish that had a throttle. The pedal broke off at the start of a 7 mile journey home late at night. Trying to pedal ride to get the assist to work with just one pedal was pretty tough! I wouldnt go for a bike that...

    Bosch Engine Repairs After Warranty??

I think from my perspective, pretty much all the cycling i do is for commuting. Ive not had a chain break on me as yet, but I do have to take into consideration that if it was to break, then I could still in theory get home on a hub bike using the throttle or pedal assist, but not on a chain...

    Bosch Engine Repairs After Warranty??

On that basis, it will make sense to keep hold of the cyclotricity as backup when I do get a new one

    More cyclotricity problems

Problem is, where I live now, there isnt rally another way to go without going down the hard shoulder of the motorway, or adding another 6 or 7 miles to the journey to get off the towpaths/tracks. At least the route isn't wet and muddy now, that will help.

    Bosch Engine Repairs After Warranty??

I've learned the hard way that I am expecting a lot from my bike, so if a trader thinks their bikes would struggle, then I would prefer them to say that I would be better saving up and spending on a 4k + R&M bike or similar. That's why I've tried to give as much detail on how I use it. In my...

    More cyclotricity problems

All fair points d8veh, I appreciate what you are saying. They have contacted me now, and are arranging to collect the battery next Tuesday, so hopefully will be resolved by next Thursday or Friday. Its just frustrating as I expected to return the battery which could have been arranged...

    Bosch Engine Repairs After Warranty??

Thanks Tony. It was a tongue in cheek suggestion really...But yes, that sounds very good. I'm not trying to get anything for nothing...Just want what i pay for to work for me. Should work well for both. I can't do anything until early June due to my imminent house move which is zapping every...

    Bosch Engine Repairs After Warranty??

Maybe yourself or another dealer would like to really test their bikes out, and send me one for a 6 months trial, that would be a good indication of how reliable any bike would be ;) From riding the Mrs bike the other day, I realised just how much work the electric side of an e-bike does, so...

    Bosch Engine Repairs After Warranty??

I see an element of that...but what im also seeing is if anything does go wrong with as Bosch, then the problems ive been having by buying from a distant dealer will potentially be just as relevant here

    More cyclotricity problems

Its been pointed out to me this morning, that given all the issues I have had with this bike, I should consider a claim under either the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or take it up with the credit card company that I used to make the purchase. Looking into it, I am very tempted. I actually...

    More cyclotricity problems

I was being reflective on how much I will have lost more than anything. I was hoping the bike would have lasted a lot longer than it has. Not to say its trashed by any means....but yes, I wouldnt expect to get much more than 5-600 if i sold it now. Its probably cost me more on tram tickets...
