What do you think of my new bike?

On the sample: 48V 10AH to hit an important pricepoint but I reckon we could fit 48V12.4AH by the time we go into production for the same pricepoint. Note the front mudguard is not right. The factory is lookingh for a better looking one.

    Ebike newbie

if anyone is worried about extra cooling on the TSDZ2, don't be if you don't need OSF. I have had none TSDZ2 returned to me because of overheating in 5 years. The usual problem is the blue gear which is now fixed in the B revision. Less frequent faults are blown controller and malfunctioning...

    Ebike newbie

That is rather a good point. A solution to a problem that an average user hardly ever needs to worry about. The small TSDZ2 can be pushed to as much as 48V, 20A with OSF. It's normally designed for 48V 10A. If you stick with the original firmware, you have nothing to worry about.

    Help me buy an ebike

Reading your last post, it seems to me that a 20" folding bike may be better for you because cheap larger bikes will be heavy to push up a hill leave alone riding them up a hill unpowered. Climbing steep hills with smaller wheels is easier with the same power. I suggest you look at the Woosh...

Has anyone heard of or tried Toseven mid drive?

I ordered TSDZ8 with VLCD5 and throttle. I reckon the controller is the same albeit in a different shape. You can probably just swap out the old TSDZ2 for TSDZ8 and use the old LCD.
