E00 is a comms error, so controller is not communicating with the display correctly. E021 is torque sensor error could be wiring or sensor. The best advice is to diy the electric system and replace all bar the motor for a KT controller system, cost is about £80 - £100 though some solder skills...

One needs to do some more homework. Only one Hall sensor is needed for speed calculation, though a motor may use more then one magnet to sense the speed. Three Hall sensors are used for sensored motors but your as indicated is a non sensored motor.
