Dome nuts on the Rose which look reasonable quality. However, despite the serrated washer underneath they do seem prone to loosening, so maybe they are not the best. I've never liked dome nuts, irrational, but I like to see a bit of bolt thread protruding to show the nut's thread is fully used.

Pro Rider has been around a while as a brand, which may say something. Standard cheap Chinese ebike which might be OK for occasional light use. The Byocycle you tried looks slightly better quality.
