I'm not looking to turn this thread into an arguement, but surely a 15kg normal bike with a 85kg rider would be the same as a 25kg ebike with a 75kg rider. The bike still has to slow down 100kg's of moving mass and I imagine the manufacturers build their bikes with a total weight limit in mind...

Bafang have come up with an answer to the weedy 750w BBS02, by launching a new BBS03 3000w version. Code-named PowerDrive, it is rumoured it can climb a 50% hill using the granny gear. A friend of mine, who works at Bafang, sent me this picture of the new model.

You are right on the button about door hinges, it's a temporary fix if there's nothing else to hand. That's because it's primarily a solvent, which is why it cleans up hands lovely too. BTW, I have used it in the past for hands too :p I think the manufacturer of WD40 has a great advertising...

Aha, I got it now. The company I mentioned in post #7. The one you are referring to is a different company, but they both have similar sounding names. The one in post #7 doesn't sell mid drive kits, only hub kits. One less competitor I suppose :p
