To me the st link wiring looks much too long , it need to be as short as poss. My st link wiring is o/a 10.5cm inc the speed connector , the actual wiring in between is 7.5cm long only.

You will actually find that Wisper were designing /selling ebikes well before the likes of Bosh or Yamaha came on the scene , they may not be a household name in traditional pedal bike terms but are in/on the UK e bike scene as are Woosh bikes.

Those SF batterie usually come with the fitting rail and bottom plate as well , if the new doesn't align and lock in the old rail simply swap over the parts.

A badly built wheel no matter what you do will keep having issues , if the rim is fine then simply have all brand new spokes laced up . 14g sapim strongs in a 2x lacing as it is already.
