Thanks for that dave, I have a set of allen keys, and various bike tools, with spoke spanners on the ends....wondered why none of them would fit........Del.

Looking at Halfords website, I see they do different sized spoke spanners, anyone know what size I want for Powacycle Salisbury ?......I always thought they were all same size.......Del.

Crankyhorse, Whilst checking my spokes I noticed that rear tyre was under inflated, so blew it up to maximum 65 lbs pressure.......on way to work next morning .....no clicking noise.....sorted....except on way home it started again, and is still doing it.....ARRGGHHH..........Del.

Dave, The rear wheel is running true, although on closer inspection, the spokes do seem a little loose, I shall tighten them and report back......now where did I put that spoke spanner ?................Del.

Mmmhh....Strange one this, when cycling, and leaning to the right, to try and see if something is catching........the clicking noise stops.......Del.

Mine been doing it for a couple of weeks now, only notice it in the morning cycling to work and no traffic about, it just clicks....click...click...click....click....gets really irritating, but, has not got any worse.....Del.

Crankyhorse, I got the same problem with my old Powacycle, it is annoying the hell out of me, tried the spokes....tried the mudguard......tried everything....mine don't do it when it's upside down, let us know if you sort it........Del.

I must say that since my charger packed up, and I got this new one, that the battery is performing much better, they reckon that chargers either work, or they don't, they don't get ''weaker'' with age, probably not much use to Hannibal, as his sounds like a battery problem, but worth...

Daveboy, did what you said, and ''toed'' the blocks in, first time I've used a credit card for ages, anyway , it worked, the ''flock of geese'' have flown away, and silence has returned, thanks for that.......Del.

Just an add on to this thread, do chargers just ''die'' or do they gradually give up? I ask because since using new charger, battery seems to be performing much better, done about 20 miles since last charge, and still have 3 red lights on top of battery, this has never been known before, it...

Thanks both Dave's, it certainly attracts attention, I have to say that I'm not a big fan of V brakes, in my cycling days it was just calliper brakes, I suppose they are O.K. if set correctly........Del.

Last weekend I put new brake blocks on, front and rear, adjusted brakes, everything fine.........except, the front brake sounds like a flock of geese passing overhead, everything looks O.K.....is it just new blocks bedding in ? they are V brakes...........Del.

Thanks hannibal, all fixed now, thanks to Bob at JuicyBike, I checked the battery and it is O.K. new charger now in use, the connections were very poor between charger and battery, and must have blown something in charger............Del.

Me again, If a battery is fully charged, and you put it on charge again, will it go thruogh the whole cycle again ? or will it automatically cut out ?.........Del.

AHA....The plot thickens, removed battery housing, and looked at wires to ''male'' part of plug.......red wire solder broken, wire held on by just small rubber sleeve, obviously causing it to make intermittent contact,......too fiddly for me, so job for a guy at work on monday......are'nt...

Strange thing happened, whilst still charging, after about 5 hours, I moved battery and green light came on, having checked ''female'' plug earlier, I now wonder if ''male'' plug in battery housing is at fault, I think tomorrow I shall open battery housing up and have a look......I wonder if...
