Scavenging escooter found apparently dead to make batteries?

One assumes they use a D/D motor so it won't free wheel with out power.

Scavenging escooter found apparently dead to make batteries?

Battery assuming 7s, Lvc then should be approx. 21v if Lion. If Lipo then min 23.1v but a safer LVC would be 24.5 v or higher . Being a kids scooter it might not be 7s and could be 6s ?

Does anyone store their ebike outdoors under a cover?

Asking for damp issues imho, I certainly wouldn't leave a battery outside under a tarp.

Help! Battery fully charged but low warning and no power

36v LFP is 12s so typically 3.40/3.45v is the max one needs to charge them per cell group , as d8veh has said pretty pointless charging them higher.

Need help deciding on spec of electric bike

Imv I would say tsdz2, though I think anyone who wants to ride at 25mph unassisted with a hub or midrive fitted is best to stick to lighter unpowered bike.

Need help deciding on spec of electric bike

Tbh riding a bike without assist for long spells means imho either a tsdz2 mid drive which has high internal gearing or a similar high internal geared hub but with both one may find inclines need some good input due to excess weight carried. Most hubs are lowered geared at 4:1 , though they are...

Hoping to increase driver passing distance at night, I've glued front and rear reflectors to my wing mirrors.

Maybe I should say spoke wraps that glow in the dark , spoke reflectors remind me of the the plastic white or amber things that are wedged between spokes. One guy I saw had a bright Blue ones at the front and a bright Red ones on the rear, he was highly visible in the dark.

Hoping to increase driver passing distance at night, I've glued front and rear reflectors to my wing mirrors.

For sideways or an angled visual impact in the dark one doesn't need anything special, I see some riders with coloured spoke reflectors on each spoke . All I see is a bright coloured wheel moving along .

    Kalkhoff pro connect S

I managed nearly 34mph riding a Kalkhoff S with bosh drive some 10 years ago on a test ride. Said bike is still in use by it's owner.

Hoping to increase driver passing distance at night, I've glued front and rear reflectors to my wing mirrors.

The red acetate type approach was one I took several years ago when I used wired lights , used a front white light with the internal step down buck converter with the lens covered . I never angled mine down but left it horizontal very bright so drivers have no excuse to not notice it.

    LEF ebike/microcar

I would second that Flecc, you will end up with a gambler syndrome and someone who thinks they can get even or even come out ahead.
