    Woosh Krieger Review

If 50 Cycles wants to give me a new Integrate I’ll praise it to the very heavens. But there really aren’t enough visitors to this forum to make that sort of thing worthwhile. Even if a company wanted to be sneaky like that.

    Woosh Krieger Review

They don’t need to do that because they get lots of coverage here as it is, and they wouldn’t anyway because they are a pretty straight company. Anyway trex is always here to recommend their bikes. Just teasing trex. You do recommend others sometimes.

    Kalkhoff Integrale 8

As far as I know none of the manufactures tell you what the peak wattage of their motors is. That would be useful information and is the best measure in comparing different bikes output. But they don’t really want you to know that, and prefer to talk about torque which is fairly meaningless...

    Kalkhoff Tuning Dongle

The S11 would be 350W. The motors are the same but the amps given to them by the controllers is presumably higher. So the S pedelec version will be more powerful. A dongle will not give more power it will just allow the motor to run past the legal cut out speed. Won’t help you on hills at all...

Battery Voltage (42V) & Charging Voltage (42V) Questions.

Welcome to the forum. Probably best to try a few bikes. There are quite a few dealers near you. Try posting for recommendations on the which electric bike should I buy forum, and the dealers here will pitch to you I expect. I don’t think they do that on the introduce yourself forum. I helps to...

    Kalkhoff Integrale 8

You can but ask. Mention this forum and tell them you’ll review it. It’s a new model and hasn’t had much coverage.

    Kalkhoff Integrale 8

It has hub gears. But the TS or SS sensor is the way the motor is controlled. TS work by multiplying pedal effort and SS by just turning the pedals. Usually with a throttle for added control. TS bikes don’t have throttles.

    Kalkhoff Integrale 8

I tried the Impulse 11 a few months ago and it it noticeably more powerful than my Impulse 1. I think the Integrate has basically the same motor? With maybe a bit more power, or maybe not? I would expect it to take you up most hills with some leg input. It depends on how fit you are to begin...

    Woosh Krieger Review

I think he’s just pleased with it and letting us know. Nothing wrong with that, some people post a lot more about their bikes. I’ve never ridden this model but I did have a Woosh CD for a short time, and the gear changing is not a problem as long as you don’t try to change down on a steep hill...

I bet they’ll be cheaper than that when the old models are sold off and the special offers begin.

Looking for new fast ebike. So many choices!

The higher powered throttle e bikes are pretty similar to an old Puch pedal moped I used to ride in France at one time. Just less noisy.

Looking for new fast ebike. So many choices!

I wonder how many are banned drivers? Not speaking of anyone posting on this thread, but a lot of the would be fast commuters seem to want to have cheap, no tax, test or insurance transport that goes as fast as a scooter but is peanuts to run, and can be parked in bike spaces. The best of all...

Converting from two to three wheels

Can you buy stabilisers like they fit to children’s bikes but scaled up a bit? It might be possible to get something made up with a folding quick release for gates. I would have thought trikes are really good for shopping and not so good on narrow trails with obstacles. How about a recumbent...

Looking for new fast ebike. So many choices!

If you want a bike that goes fast a kit on a good quality bike might be a better option. With complete bikes you get what you pay for, and for an everyday commute you want something robust with good components that isn’t going to fall apart after a couple of months. Some of the cheaper bikes are...

    50 Cycles: London telephone number!

Actually the answering service or whatever it is is pretty bad at getting potential customers through to someone who can answer queries. I was trying to find something out a year or so ago before I bought my bike and I never got through to anyone who could help. When it comes to dealing with...

Electric Mountain Bikes: No one will buy one?!..

Was it an Ariel Bleeder? God they were ugly things. The old Red Hunter from a few years earlier was a good looking bike.
