One expects the control system is speed control, the cheaper bikes have some not so good pas sensitivity on the control systems. My Kt systems have good pas activation and only require 1/8 - 1/4 rotation to kick in.

The s866 seem to vary in commands one can get with the P settings so one assumes it is just incompatible. E10 comms can also be anything from a dodgy wire or connection to failed hall sensors.

The new litelock is D / U - lock not one of those flimsy belt locks. The belt type is not a good safe bet on it's own.
