Battery should have it's own on/off button aka switch. Sadly that's the joy of some China vendors, one get very poor CS when a problem occurs. Any waarranty may be zilch if one tries to affect a repair by opening anything.

Try pedal backwards to see if PAS engages, if so flip the magnet disc face. C1 03 is correct , personally I would choose a 10 pole magnet disc as they work so much better. 12 poles are temperamental.

Check the 13a plug fuse and possibly the charger may hav an internal one. Check your meters battery is ok and working correctly by testing another source, a kettle plug for example or simpll any battery source.

Charger voltage is simple for two wire generic charger jack, simply plug charger in to the wall plug and switch on the socket. Use a meter to see the charge output jack gives a reading of 54.6v.

For a mirror the best I use is a Briskmore 6cm bar end convex glass mirror, can be had on ebay or amazon. It is fully foldable and adjustable and have them on my main three bikes.

I read a slighty blurred /fuzzy SE16, by simply enlarging the pic the plate reads much better. The issue comes when one can't read the plate even when enlarged.

Car reg looks like it might be CE02 TOY, comes up as a Benz E250AMG 5 door estate type. Issue is the plate reading isn't clear so plod may likely not do anything. Soon as I saw the still shot my eyes registered CE and not CL.
