Unless one can find a dealer then you won't get an exact replacement, the only behind the seat type simialr is a silverfish case battery. It looks like a generic battery will work so one may be able to retrofit a silverfish complete with new battery fitting bae plate and battery retainer.

Sounds like it might be TS sensor if one can carry out self calibration. The BB will be a wired model so could be a faulty BB or motor controller. Afaik they aren't user servicable via fault diagnosis as some comm's are involved, needs a dealer to plug in.

In many cases it is prudent to check the in-rush capacitor rating first before connecting 48v, some 36v ones are only 50v rated. If one tried a 48v battery on a 36v BBS01 then £90 odd quid will be needed for a new controller.
