Hubs aren't always straight fwd, some times drop outs need some work done for a proper fit and then a torque arm needs fitting. Not all drop outs are suitable.

Your hub apears to be a cst or swx02 hub both bafangs, the KT will work fine but I would opt for 9 mosfet controller esp if you ride in hilly areas. The 9 mosfet handles heat better for inclines, the 6 mosfets ones get hotter then a hot potato at times on hills at slow speed.
