I have read somewhere on here that other Kalkhoff owners have found the motor bolts loose. I checked the ones on my bike and they were a bit on the slack side. Does anyone know a correct torque figure for the bolts? I like to use the correct figure when I can.

Just tried to charge it again and no LEDs light up when the battery is on the charger. Tried switching power on and off with the battery on the bike and it still won't charge. Should it be doing this? I need this bike to be reliable for my comute to work. Thanks Tom

Yes the incorrect part number was a Typo error by me. I have ordered the one from the data sheet posted by James, but thanks for pointing my error out. It could have lead to disappointment!

My Pro Connect did that. The gears weren't correctly adjusted.

Thanks James. As you say it matches up with the part number, so it must just be a stock photograph of a sproket. I think I'll order one, silver will match the chain, so I'm not too bothered about finding a black one. Regards Tom
