    Woosh CD Sport Disc Brakes

Thing is these Zoom's really are rubbish brakes though, even when brand new and just bedded in. That's why Woosh have changed them on the newer models.

Strengths and Weaknesses of three great capcher solver

I did wonder if it was a bot. There have been a few posts here recently from what seem like advertising bots.

    Indicators

I think that's probably right. But expectations change over time. I can remember when indicators first appeared on motor bikes and other drivers who expected hand signals didn't know what to make of them. Same when flashers replaced semaphore signals on cars. They soon got used to them though...

50 Mile round trip commute, feasible or not?

It sounds as if the OP wants to cycle, so the answers really should be to the questions she's asked. Depending on the bike I would imagine the motor would be durable enough alright. Some people here have put large mileages on Kalkhoffs and the like commuting in all weathers. The battery on one...

50 Mile round trip commute, feasible or not?

What about the S pedelecs like the Kalkhoff B10? That would do it I imagine and could be registered as an e moped and ridden as one with a car licence I assume? I know some people have bought them and ridden them as they are but has anyone gone down the legal route with one?

50 Mile round trip commute, feasible or not?

Anyone like that wouldn't stick around here though.

    8fun crank drive kit

It was rhetorical essentially. But you choose to answer another question which I didn't ask, and one which some here ride as a hobby horse. Anyone who has been on this forum for even a couple of days could hardly fail to have seen the endless pointless wrangles over that.

    Woosh - more dreadful service

Still an unhappy bunny? Didn't Woosh say they had the bike back so have they sorted the substantive issue?

    Indicators

There are stop lights on Kalkhoffs. They sense when you slow down and the daylight running rear light gets brighter. I think drivers would soon get used to bike indicators. A Honda 90 if they still make them, isn't any wider than most e bikes. If I still lived in a big city I think I'd check...

    Kalkhoff Sahel Premium i360 Harmony

I would have said a suspension fork was redundant for road use too at one time. Even if aluminum forks don't have any spring in them like steel forks do, I didn't ever feel the need for them on my road bikes, or really think the suspension on the MB I had a few years ago here was really needed...

    Woosh Santana CDL

But the throttle would only add anything if you were in a lower assist mode. It's just as easy if you are to put it up to max for the climb when the throttle adds nothing extra. With Woosh the throttle has its uses as I wrote. Mainly hill starts and quick getaways. But If the Woosh gave full...

    Woosh Santana CDL

I've gone the other way, so to speak. The Woosh Sport CD did do more of the work, and although I thought I was getting a good workout it was essentially voluntary much of the time, and I could take a rest while the bike went almost as fast. The Kalkhoff Impulse I bought does need to be...

    Cycle Paths

Don't see why not. I had a boat fog horn taped to the handlebars at one time in London. Drivers about to pull out in front of me without looking stopped PDQ when they thought a bloody great truck was going to hit them broadside. Still got a canister fog horn about somewhere...

    Woosh Sport CD first impressions.

Glad you've got it on the road. I was going to use jubilee clips for the front mudguards. You can buy some with eyes which are sold for putting mudguards on MB forks without lugs on eBay. But any Jubilee clip can be adapted. The top fixing is the same as the Sirocco it's only the stays that...
