    Help! Fiido D2 batteries

Take a reading from each pin and write them down to see if one throws up an anomilie. Start at the 0v Black pin and the first pin for cell#1 and then move both probes across the connector one pin at a time to get the 10 individual results using the 20v scale or leave the 0v probe in place on...

Help! Hi ! E-Bike advice required please.....

On flat terrain extra power should cause no issue, it is inclines at slow speeds where things get very warm to very hot and any issue will arise. If one can keep bike speed on inclines in double figures one should also be fine.

What would be the maximum current I can feed my 36v 250w Bafang BPM motor running at 48v?

Sensorless jsut means the controller/motor combo will be a little noisier then normal but one isn't talking loud loud. They also reduce the chance of Hall failure an inopertion as there is nothing to fail. A Kt controller should work sensor less but if not one can but unsensored specific...

Help! Hi ! E-Bike advice required please.....

Luishi are generally an oem brand controller only, the specs are pretty std for a 250w hub motor pedelec. Though rated 250w ,7a x 36v = 252w the controller can temporary output twice that power for a short time if a burst of power is needed. One has to be a bit careful how that extra power is...

    My Cargo bike build.

Most of the changes are pretty simple ones and only minoe adjustments. Tab 1. is general parameters. Is mainly battery details, display type, measuring units, speed & wheel size settings. One can set the battery lvc so it can over ride the actual battery and use the controller lvc. I have set...

    Help! Fiido D2 batteries

If you mean the battery won't charge if it hits 31v, then it might be possible to recover it manually. This does mean first opening the battery to gain access to the BMS and it's sense wire connector. I rarely let my battery soc reach 3.2v per cell group or less, with some BMS once it detects...

Help! Bbs01 or Bbs02 or bbshd for a roadbike 250w motor

BBS is cadence power needs little rider input to get going, tsdz2 is torque sensing and depends on how hard one push's the pedals. Reliability both have their flaws but BBS probably has the edge that said I had two BBS controllers fail, one with 1600 mile sand the other about 1250 miles. I...

Help! Bbs01 or Bbs02 or bbshd for a roadbike 250w motor

500w not legal, but they aren't checked or enforced very much unless unlucky. The limit or motor marking is 250w it is simple as that. Max miles is down to rider stamina and battery capacity, the BBS isn't overly greta to ride unpowered. I managed 10wh per mile or 52 odd miles from a 14.5ah...

So for any one wishing to go OSF for TSDZ2 with a stock display and with first hand exp of the pitfalls I would say go, go, go for it. BELOW IS MY IDIOTS GUIDE TO INSTALLING. The only real issue is the the PC op system and whether it accepts the Java Runtime (jre) as this was really the main...

Review Haibike Trekking 6 Low Step

650ah certainly not poss on an ebike, 650h maybe there is a very big difference between quoting ah & wh so one needs to be careful.

    My Cargo bike build.

The configurator does the same as the Bafang one, one makes all the necessary parameter changes then hits the compile & flash. The difference being the OSF config for TSDZ2 allows the user to modify and save files to flash later but the Bafang one doesn't If I remember correctly.

    My Cargo bike build.

Yes as I said it reads the same as #367. Tab 1. TSDZ2 Parameter config This is the default pane. The .ini file is top RHS in the pane, notice the box for saving .ini files is the experimental heading. Altering the configurator and clciking the compile & flash box , it saves the new .ini...

    My Cargo bike build.

That's the one major difference between the BBS & the TSDZ programming tools, the TSDZ one can do it all without a proper motor controller connection and save as many files as one likes.

    My Cargo bike build.

stvp is in the STM folder, so have altered the Path to read correctly. The cmd is slow at loading all the script but yes it is the same as #367 reads. One can and is able to make config changes without the motor connected and can save those changes as .ini files, to complete the final process...
