The arrowed item is a torque arm as it is, all that needs doing is to put a bolt through the hole also arrowed in to the drop out so it can't rotate at all.

I don't know all that can be said is as I mentioned in #12, it takes some force to tear a 9 wire cable apart almost in two.

Measure the axle or the hole in the torque washer (tabbed washer) one suspects it is 14 x 10 mm. Try and put a torque arm on both sides or at least on the cable side.

The cable has had considerable force to tear it apart so it is highly likely the axle has tried to rotate in the drop out tearing the motor cable almost in two.

Is the controller also a KT model ? The reason for asking is scant detail is given so incompatibility is often an issue.

To prevent bolt cropping then a D lock thicker then 16mm, for portable grinders only 5 or 6 locks resist for approx. 2 - 3 mins bar one which is almost infallible. Hiplock D1000 is well over £200.

Back to square one again, typically the wheel axle spinning out is the culprit. The pic of the damage appears to back this up as they haven't been cut but pulled a part by a twisting nature.

I will have to search for it in the garage, take a pic or two and confirm the motor designation. I do know it takes a threaded freewheel cluster.

You can fit any hub motor as it will work Xofo & Mxus like most others also are clones of Bafang hubs, Xofo tend to be OEM only so getting spares may be hard.

Don't know if that PAS connector is compatible with KT Julet ones, is there any name embossed on the connector ? Julet 3 pin has a Yellow inner section. It isn't to dissimilar to a KT V12L PAS unit that has little nylon splines and simply pushes in to the BB bracket castellation's.

Whether one can find the items on Spanish amazon or ebay only you will know. The Ciclotek don't appear to sell a 24v controller.
