Freego Martin sport eBike help/user manual needed please.

You can't repair it. I'd cut both connectors off and solder the wires together, then insulate with heatshrink. You don't really need connectors. 6 pin is unusual. I've never seen that before. I guess the other three pins are for the speed sensor.

Help! Rear Wheel gets stuck a bit when first accelerated

That's what happens when you run sensorless. How many wires are connected between the motor and the controller?

    Oxygen E-Mate Drive Train Failure

As you figured out, red, white and black are the throttle wires that you connect to your new controller. You don't need the other two. You could use the switch for lights or anything else you want. You can wire your brake switches in parallel and connect them to the low brake connector.

    Newbie

You have to go on the Bosch course and register as a dealer before they will sell you one.

Freego Martin sport eBike help/user manual needed please.

Your problem is caused somewhere between the controller and the motor. Potential causes working from the controller to the motor: Dodgy mosfets in the controller - not normally intermittent, so not that likely. Bad phase wire solder joint on the PCB Melted phase wire connectors on the...

    Controller Light Output - Uses?

I can't understand why you would want to do all that when you can connect the lights directly to the battery with a simple switch. It might be worth checking that the transistor in the controller is still switching before you do anything. They normally blow when you connect a light like that.

    Tesco hopper crank sensor problem.

You probably connected it incorrectly. When the wires are red blue and yellow, yellow is often ground, other times blue can be ground. No harm will come if you connect them the wrong way, so if one way doesn't work, try the other.

    Tesco hopper crank sensor problem.

You lost me completely in the last paragraph. All pedal sensors work the same. It makes no difference how many magnets they have. There are three things you have to get right: 1. The wires have to be connected in the rght sequence - red to red, black to black and signal to signal. 2. The magnet...

Freego Martin sport eBike help/user manual needed please.

A manual wouldn't help you with your problem. Freego bikes use standard Chinese parts and the wiring is standard too apart from one wire IIRC. Can you describe the problem in more detail, then we can help you sort it out. How did it start? If you don get any more power to the motor, how does...

I bought an iZIP Trekking Enlightened

I wouldn't bother. Even Izip don't use the banana battery now in the same bike. Instead, they use a rack battery. I'd fit a 36v one and upgrade the controller at the same time. That would make it into a very contemporary bike.

    Oxygen E-Mate Drive Train Failure

Two wires can also mean it has the Wuxing type push-to-brake switch, but in this case you're right. Tektro brakes have a reed switch attached to the under side of the lever.

    Greenedge cs2 problem

Whoever did it would have to remove the rear wheel and disconnect the motor. there's two problems that can come directly from that, which could cause your problem: Firstly, they didn't push the connector in far enough, which is a very common problem; secondly, they might have damaged the motor...

Bosch PowerPack not connecting to bike

Logically, it's a comms fault. It'll have to go on a Bosch battery tester to find the fault code.

    Help! Mirror for Carrera Crossfire

After trying loads of mirrors, I found the Zefal Cyclops to be the best at around £10. It has a double folding mechanism, so you can flip it out the way when you go through a gate and flip it back into the same position afterwards. Also, it'll flip if you crash, so not likely to get damaged...

    Twisted Seal on fork

Take the wheel off, undo the two cap screws under each fork leg and pull down on the fork sliders until the lower bearings reach the seals. If you pull down hard a few times, the bearings will pop the seals out, so that you can reinsert and reassemble, but if you just pull and tap down lightly...
