He doesn't know what he's talking about, brakes sensors/cut outs are there to protect the controller from frying. They have no effect on the motor.
Only one sensor /cut out is needed so fit it to the rear brake.
The most common problem is compatibility, lcd displays and controllers are programmed to work with each other for compatibility. Trying to match different brands will usually not work very well if at all.

The motor is for cassette, the Chinese get the explanation wrong.
They confuse things by calling a freehub a freewheel hub and a cassette a freewheel cassette.
Just realised it is you on the other thread about the brake calliper hitting the hub casing, does that lock nut if screwed on allow the calliper to clear the hub ?
Often one has to upgrade the brake rotor to a larger diameter and fit the appropriate brake mount for rotor. One can try and space out the drop out width but the former is easier and saves pulling and puffing if you need to have the wheel out.

The only decent cell that is available which some suppliers/warehouses are able to order are Molicel 18650 P26A & 21700 P42A.

You could retro fit any battery that will slide in the rack, the controller in the front would need to be placed in the new compartment of said new battery. The on thing to do otherwise is make sure the controller and battery polarity are in the correct order. If need be buy one with a rack a...
