The bike is an EU brand bike, Brexit has likely made them unviable to sell in the UK so have likely shut up shop due to cost. Have look at UK brands like Woosh, Wisper or Juicy. Oxygen may be another possibility.

White wire is usually a speed indication wire, so either throttle or speed sensor. In this case it is listed as throttle and the PAS is clear. It is likely a setting however I'm not familiar at all with the setting.

With sequence as I listed, does the PAS activate if you turn the pedals backwards ?

Most BMS have the same number wires as cells or +1 for the B0/B-, somewhere along the line the BMS is sensing the last cell group I assume from another port on the BMS ?

Looking at your PAS wire pic with the cut connectors, the wire sequence was wrong. It should be Black/Black, Red/Red & Green/Blue.

Show a pic of the PAS wiring to controller PAS connector.

It looks then that the BMS has a 4.15v balance set for each cell group, so all looks/appears to be fine then. The manufacturer possibly looking at slightly longer cell longevity by not taking the charge to the max, the mah capacity lost is small and will be less then 100 mah one would expect.

If you understand electric motors then you should know that it won't spin faster then it is wound for at 36v, the speed suggests it is about a code 11/285rpm hub. Are there no markings at all on the hub central flange ? Although they rarely have the marked rpm there is often a code in brackets.
