Continuity doesn3 tell you anything. You have to measure between the black battery wire and each of the three phase wires to get three readings that must be the same as each other in the range 7k to 14k, then repeat using the red battery wire.

I think it's highly unlikely that there's anything wrong with the battery other than a blown fuse. On this forum there have been reports of them blowing before. Measure the voltage on the charge socket. if it shows zero volts, there's a fair chance the fuse has blown.

There's a repair service now that might make it viable to keep it.

If it shuts down after 5 minutes, it's entering sleep mode because it's not getting a speed signal. Have you got a wheel speed sensor?

Either one or more MOSFETs are blown in your controller or you have a connection issue between the controller and the motor. As you replaced the motor, the only place the connection issue could be is between the controller and the connector near the motor. Check the cable for damage too. If no...
