    Yosepower hub kits.

My lcd is V3 and uses the 10 x 0.5a reduction for current, you probably won't know for sure which firmware is loaded until you enter the C parameter to see the settings. The Yose 1T4 display trunk lead connector you have is 8 pin the Ali express one is 9 pin so it has an extra output may be...

    Yosepower hub kits.

I still don't see why you just don't get the larger amp version and limit the current. My lcd is the older version so limits current by 0.5a for each one value so a max of 5a current reduction, versions with later firmware use a % range for current reduction and current can be reduced by as...

    Charger or bike issue?

Probably the cc/cv charging of the charger fluctuating, voltage shouldn't be seen to be dancing around like that. All my batteries when charging the voltages are static and climbs slowly by 0.1v , some have a mini lcd/battery meter wired permanently to them or some I check sometimes with a DVM...

    Help! Motor Connectors

For a permanent solution as you have directly solder and shrink each wire in side the case/box. For a removable connector/s still protected within the case/box we will need internal depth of box when closed up, then maybe we can suggest suitable connectors. For phase I don't use singular...

    For Sale Wisper905 se 375w

You need to tell us the age of the bike. Contact Wisper who can list it on their website with pics. Although an unused bike it's age will have some say on the value as well as the battery condition and how it has been stored.

    Yosepower hub kits.

No good!!! Although the listing says sinewave only Square wave is available. Yose hubs are sensored so a sinewave controller is needed and run quieter then the noiser squaerwave.

    27.5 Inch Wheel Size

Means carrying different size tubes unless you run TL. You could buy a kit and have the motor laced and trued into your existing rim or simply run the 27.5/650 & 28/700 size. Main difference is 650 can accept wider tyres if you need them.

    Hi everyone

As S/W has detailed most kits whether 250w or not, are technically illegal if they have an LCD as the speed setting can be changed willy nilly in a few seconds. Also the throttle can be configured to become illegal in use as well.

    Yosepower hub kits.

A bit of a mountain out of a mole hill being made selecting a controller if is has to many amps simply use C5 parameter to reduce amp/draw load. The Julet one I linked to in #879 will do the job if your main julet trunk wire is 9 pin and a match for the one listed in the link.

    10 speed with hydraulic discs

350v that would be something. They are marked 350w my one was etched/stamped on the gear side casing and is hidden by the cassette.

    Copper Grease

My Oxydrive controller developed a fault/s before I finally ditched it, it would make a heavy loud electrical mis-contact noise that resonated and sounded like it was coming form the hub. It would come and go and went on like that for about 3 or 4 months, the final straw was when the lcd kept...

    What's the most efficient speed?

For max range buy a pedal bike no use riding a heavy leccy bike turned off, it is counter productive to add several kg of motor/battery etc then riding a lighter bike. As already mentioned the best use of a leccy bike for range is current control set to PAS1 , the stronger rider doesn't need as...

    Copper Grease

The pulsing noise could be electrical and is in my view a much different noise to a mech issue. Checking motor connector and phase wire connection are normal suspects, intermitant/bad connection is the normal cause.

    What's the most efficient speed?

For yesterdays 162km/101mile ride I had the equivalent of a 14p10s PF cell battery so 40.6ah if you use the 2900mah rating, on E-cigs forum Mooch tests many cells and reckons the true rating for the cell is 2680/2700mah (37.8ah) . My three batteries I used were all hooked up in parallel to...

    What's the most efficient speed?

With my Yose hub and 25a controller I have set the cut off at 33km/h or 20.5mph, I can in the right conditions reach this in PAS 1 or PAS 2 with some input in addition to the motor power, in benign conditions on the flat I can pedal past the cut off to about 24.5mph so I'm then inputting greater...

    What's the most efficient speed?

Yes, at 18mph he was using probably PAS 2 (OUT OF 5) so will have been apllying maybe upto 50w himself, the use of throttle by passes the PAS and gives max amps the controller can give less any efficiency from the final drive. Ghost pedalling alone in PAS 2 with cadence systems (for instance...

    What's the most efficient speed?

The 100% increase to achieve more speed( even 2mph more) is easy to do, it just means the bikes drive is doing all the work while you are simply applying little in the way of watts. The ultimate speed will depend on the motor rpm with a throttle, a fit rider though can produce a faster speed...

    Copper Grease

Noise can be a lack of grease where nylon gears/clutch interact with the metal outer fixed tooth ring, silicon grease can be used for this application. Gears/clutch can be noisy if worn, complete clutch replacement or individual gears may be possible to replace. Also noise can be due to...

    Copper Grease

It's in the name the element cooper will act finely like a grinding paste which will induce wear on moving parts. Use a moly grease or a silicone one.
