    Battery problem..

Reconnect the BMS and measure again at the battery out put pins, there are four in your pic so you need the correct pair. Or take the measurement on the inside of the pins directly off the + & -- wiring if you aren't seeing 50.7v there is a problem between the BMS and the wiring.

    Battery problem..

So you should have 50.7v output, probe on B- & B13 should agree.

    Battery problem..

The readings aren't right you must be measuring them wrong. Place your probes on B- & B1 for #1, B1 & B2 for #2 then B2 & B3 for #3 and so on and so for 13 cell readings they should ideally be in the range of 3.3v - 4.2v. If the battery is knackered as d8veh has said then the measurements...

Hi folks hope all is well in your world.

It does appear that with some folk the simple questions asked can be very taxing on the brain.

    Battery problem..

I would discontinue the charge and first ascertain the 13 cell readings first. For a balanced charge and for the bms to work correctly you will need to see the 13 readings to be close or nearly the same.

    Battery problem..

32.2 v is too low, min voltage should be around 42.9 - 44.2v so there is a charging issue somewhere. The bms not charging means a cell group or two my well be low voltage wise, check the sense wires with a DVM at the jst connection block. Write down the 13 parallel cell group readings, they...

    Battery problem..

The BMS acts as switch when charging /discharging if it had an issue it would simply not carry out the task one way or the other. Unfortunately (if an internal fault) it will mean opening the battery to try and find the fault and testing with a DVM. From rereading your op I would first look at...

Looking for bpm rear wheel with 500w motor

I have used all four vendors and dealing with them is not a problem the items usually arrive within 4 days once despatched. I particularl like PSWP/Elifebike , if only they sold the Akiema's as well.

Overweight and looking for what to buy.

As the last few post demonstrate a normal pedal bike can be off putting and a struggle, the ebike assistance has a different mind effect and can allow an easer ride. But if you want to use it as a fitness tool, you can either use less assist and plod along as well as using higher assist and...

    Kalkhoff bikes/50 cycles

It's pot luck if you have an issue, quite a few though have encountered issues on the forum and some have had 2 or 3 new motors under warranty. Out of warranty and a few years old if it went wrong then you would have to pay for a new motor and labour, though in your case with very light use the...

Looking for bpm rear wheel with 500w motor

Cheapest overall option is to buy the sensored bare motor only and have it laced in to your existing rim, you have the lcd and controller etc. This would reduce the delivery cost by quite a bit. PWS POWER is another good China seller, total cost sub $170 + import fee. Cheaper on Ali...

Looking for bpm rear wheel with 500w motor

GBK are fine to deal with but as you have found out shipping for bulky and heavy items can be expensive. Usually duty is due on imports expect 25 - 40 quid from the carrier for HMRC, an invoice is often received 2 or 3 weeks later. If you don't cough up they will offer to send the boys around .

Overweight and looking for what to buy.

Ebiking can have a fitness effect, just the fact you are willing to get out and ride will have an effect on the cardiovascular system better then just sitting indoors. On a decent ride of over 40 miles I can loose 2 or 3 lbs and I class myself as a regular and fairly ride fit. If I see a rider...

    Kalkhoff bikes/50 cycles

In due fairness it isn't really being used much so could be another 4 or 5 years before you might have an issue . Around 2k seems to be a milestone for some of these drives.

    Installed throttle, battery life murdered?

Controller rating 7a nominal ? Cell inside, make & capacity. Probably 2500mah 4 in P or 2000mah 5 in P. Pegging open the throttle giving max amps and a faster overall speed will be too much for your 10ah battery, the cells will drain quite quickly.
