    Re-celling Advice Please

It will more then likely only be the battery that is wanting. Not 100% sure but think some Wispers have a sleep mode on their batteries, once woken up it may be fine. David from AMPS is frequently on the forum sure he can give you a more definitive answer. If recelling is required then you can...

Rides illegal machine - kills pedestrian & blames her........

The charge of manslaughter was dropped , the conviction was for dangerous driving by wanton and furious riding . The sentence to be carried out in a young offenders institution rather then one of HMP.

    Which E Bike

It's not the choice of wrong wheel size, just the max tyre width your bike will allow. Horses for courses narrow tyres can be a bit skittish off road esp on loose surfaces in you case a a 27.5" or 29 mtb would have been a better choice.

    Good mudguards, essential.

Looking at Mtbr and other sites then the performance looks bit lack lustre and no better then other cheaper or equivalent alternatives. On proper off road winter riding riders are still being splattered in crud.

Mileage means nothing if the state of the batteries voltage isn't known.

    Cyclotricity battery problem!

You need to check the battery voltage right after you have charged, then post the result on here. Whilst at it check the charger voltage with it plugged in to the mains.

S12S 500W Torque Simulation Sine Wave Controller

The controllers with the higo/Juliet type connectors appear to be only used on plug and play kits or OEM bikes for neatness and ease of fitting for the kit market. After market sales of these are rare to find on a lot of sellers. The Oxydrive DAS-kits are an example for my Oxydrive's noisy...

Looking for bpm rear wheel with 500w motor

Which BMSB controller do you have ? You may well find the PSWP controllers to be smaller and compact then the BMSB offerings. As you have a sensored hub with the 8 wires you will already have a sine wave controller, though you may not be able to use any LCD as they need to be compatible. The...

    Battery 'seasoning'?

When on a ride I ride until the lvc cuts in then, use the next one. Lvc is above 3.3v per cell for my batteries. Once back at home they will have recovered to about 3.5v per cell so not to bad. Full battery testing is carried out to 2.8v to get the full ah capacity available. Li on chemistry is...

    Battery problem..

Charge the battery up Johno and hopefully all will be ok. If it charges and all is ok I can only think that either the BMS went to sleep and disconnecting the BMS has reset it or some where along the line there is a continuity issue that needs resoldering if it happens again. As you have the dvm...

    Kalkhoff and 50 cycles

Your current use is very light so would agree with Crockers that you may not see an issue, also it may be dependant on how hard you push on the pedals. The failures seem to come with more miles on the drive what we don't know is how hard the rider rides the bike.

    Battery problem..

Ok good, you are now seeing the true pack voltage reading in the right place now. The battery should in theory take a proper charge now, next we need to know if the charger is working properly. With the charger not connected to the battery plug it in and switch on, measure the charger output...

    Battery problem..

So far so good, apologies for all the Q&A's but necessary to try and find the issue. Bare with me as I'm in between recelling lipo packs. Your 50.7v measurement was from the output pins or the wiring on the pins ?
