It didn't for me and still isn't. I've just tried twice more and both times returned invalid number.
On all occasions I've just selected GB and only entered the number. I've tried that in either set of boxes or in both sets and always with the same result.
How did you get that result...
Thanks Shemozzle:
Returns Invalid VAT number
This is the webpage the VAT number is published on.
I wonder how ebay feel about companies publishing false VAT numbers?

I suggest the Conservatoire model would the best choice, an instrument you'd enjoy owning and using while not being stressed at all by it's value and fear of damage or theft.
After all, it's primarily about enjoyment, yours and others.

I don't find it offensive at all and am entirely happy for such an event to take place. My "wrong message" observation was just that, an observation on the effect and not my disapproval. I've followed the Battle Mountain results for years and think Another Kiwi's suggestion a good one.
I...
That's fine, the flash every five minutes or so won't indicate any harm. It's probably the battery's BMS attempting to start the charge every so often.
I can't understand how it could be the wrong charger though, since for a while it was the only charger for that unit's 26 volt batteries...
I very much doubt under 20 kilos, theres a lot of iron in the poles around the wheel, especially aiming for 1000 watts. I've got reservations on the 500 watts anyway, it's very much a claim at present.
However I would love to see someone produce a prototype, preferably fuel celled with the...
Not really possible though. Only throttle controlled bikes could give comparable figures and torque sensored bikes would depend too heavily on the rider input to make any sense.
.
I agree those benefits and better torque than existing DD motors, but still think the power consumption could be a big problem.
Bike wheels aren't exactly precision so the flux airspace isn't going to be optimal in a practical bike design that keeps weight within bounds. Maglev trains have...
Such a record would have to be on the flat in a windless situation to have any validity.
There's a fundamental problem with such a record though. It's inherently true that the higher the e-bike speed, the less relevant the rider input, since it's proportion becomes so small.
That means such a...
It's a combination of the small UK market and seasonality of sales that's the problem. For a seller to staff and stock both bikes and spares and survive year round, year after year, means either a very high proportion of the small market or a very large markup.
Since a very large proportion of...
I agree, complete nonsense since it would be impossible to hide the essential components at the wheel interface and the easily checked high weight of the QD wheel would be an instant giveaway.
Its the usual poor journalism of course and with other inaccuracies, such as quoting 45 kph as EU law...
The Impulse unit that Kalkhoff use has been having some problems with the version 2, which you can read about on this thread.
The latest version now is the Impulse Evo and hopefully that will be trouble free, but it's too new to know with certainty yet.
In a relatively small market like the...
It's a Kudos Duke with a carrier battery, but I don't know if it has a battery "on" switch.
Try disconnecting, leave it disconnected for a few minutes and then reconnect and try to start the charge again.
