Just got back from 50 Cycles and have nothing but praise for the service I received. Jim replaced the faulty battery meteron my Torq, not a 5 minute job, and sorted 1 or 2 other minor niggles, and all while I waited! Many thanks Jim.
Thanks also to Chris, Scott's dad, for the friendly chat.
All in all, a lesson to others when it comes to customer service!

Good to hear John, and exactly matches my own previous experience at Loughborough last year, so they're keeping up the good work consistently.

I second (third) that. I took my Torq in last week and they did a very thorough job sorting one or two niggles. I also was invited to take out a couple of other bikes for a test ride (including the Forza) which although interesting only served to confirm my decision to buy the Torq. I love this bike!

All in all a first class company.
