a few photos from the KTM factory in Austria......

We know people like to know the processes behind the bikes they buy, so thought you all might want to see some pictures from inside the KTM factory in Austria.

They've been building bikes here since the 60's and are still expanding, currently building between 1000 and 1200 bikes every day.

The M in KTM stands for Mattigohen, which is the town they were founded in, and where all the parts of KTM (motorbikes, pedal bikes, radiators and financial services) are all still based.

If anyone has any questions about KTM, we're more than happy to answer them on here, on facebook or email or call our office.

We're here to help, and will support our dealer network in the UK as much as we possibly can.

Smart clean factory, but only a photo of the office workers canteen, none of the factory workers' trough outside. ;)

its all the same canteen.... honestly..... its a proper family staffed company. There is no split between office and factory staff.

I've been a couple of times and sat with the ladies who stick the stickers on the bikes and the head of euro sales and marketing on the same table.

..............just amended the pic in the album to save confusion :)

I thought that would be the case in Germany, hence my tease!

It's here in England where something like the trough would be more likely.

My apologies, of course KTM are Austrian, known that for a long time. So much in bikes that is German now its easy to drop into that automatic response.
