Accell takeover, what happens to Raleigh e-bikes?

Accell Group have taken over the Raleigh brand as you'll see on the link below, but the rival group Pon Holdings owns Derby Cycles who have the rights to the Raleigh name as well and market similar to the Kalkhoffs under the Raleigh name, Raleigh's only e-bikes in fact.

Will Pon be willing to continue supplying their rival? Interesting times ahead!
