I bought a Swytch kit on the early bird deal back in May and then took the option to add a few extras in June. I haven't had any email updates for a few months.
If I go to my tracking the date for arriving in the warehouse is always a week away, it has been since September, then October and now it is the 17th November. Next week it will probably be end of the month and then December.
This is beyond a joke.

Isn't that how the Switch pre-order works, you get a substantial discount for pre-ordering over their normal prices but have to wait 6-8 months or something. Still seems very expensive to me compared to sourcing the components individually which would also be less proprietary and easier to repair and upgrade over time. Yes its convenient to buy and fit but its not good value.

Yosepower have some good kits, very affordable and delivered quickly if there is a warehouse close to you.

They'll give you delivery date after delivery date, but the truth appears that the wont actually order in any from their supplier until they get a certain number of orders from people such as yourself.

The way they are conducting this business doesn't identify them as a particularly customer orientated company, rather give us your cash, then wash their hands type who never seem to answer the phone, or reply to an email with anything more than a generic statement.

A lot cheaper to buy the parts seperately and put a kit together, all one one get is the troublesome front bag bespoke connection that has caused some woes for users.
